For this weekend I have decided to go with a trio of Elbow tracks. Once again they have been lighting up the summer festival scene with some impressive performances, especially at Isle of Wight. I don’t think there are too many people out there who are unfamiliar with Elbow, so I will emit the bio this time. The three songs I selected below aren’t exactly my favourite Elbow songs (well apart from the last one). I selected the three to showcase the bands diversity and talent. let me know what you think?

Totally agree, this is a classic. It took me a long time to get into Elbow, but once I did, the back catalogue was visited with a vengeance.

Its funny like that. A few years ago I used to think they were boring and would only listen to ‘Grounds for Divorce’ and ‘One Day Like This’. But then all of a sudden it clicked and I was hearing their music in a completely different way.
